We live in a world that we are force to take care of many things. Work, family, school, personal goals, and so much more. We are so busy that sometimes we don't bother about working out, because we don't have time.
Finding time to work out is not that hard. A simple workout usually takes 30 to 45 min and you shouldn't go more than that. It will cause your body to go fatigued and take longer time to recover. Please bear in mind that recover is part of the routine, your body need rest to be more functional.
So lets answer the question.
There tips are based on my own experience.
1. Plan Ahead

Victory Loves Preparation. The quote appear in the movie The Mechanic (2011), and the main actor is Jason Statham.
That quote just explained everything. You would need to list down all the exercises you are going to do before your workout day. Example routine for a leg day would be:
10 x Squat
10 x Lunges
10 x Jump Squat
10 x Calf Raises
10 x Sumo Squat
10 x Single Leg Hamstring Bridge
Repeat for 3 rounds.
These are all beginners workout and you don't require weight.
So plan ahead and you will be more motivated to workout when you know what you going to do.
Get in, hit it and get out!!
2. You Don't Have a Goal
Does having a goal have any relation with time management. Absolutely Yes!
Let's imagine Rolex is trying to create a new watch by end of January. They don't have an idea what kind of watch they going to make. Are they going to create a slim watch, a classic reinvented design watch or etc?? Without a clear goal, they won't be able to tackle the right process and start selling in time.
Same idea apply in your fitness goal and time management, without a clear goal you won't be able to plan your exercise and your nutrition well. Which link to the above tips, where you can't plan your workout routine well, when you don't plan and eventually you won't workout. The goal has to be clear, for an example, reduce your waistline from 38 inch to 35 inch in 3 months. Same as Rolex, they have to decide what kind of watch they going to make, so that they can plan well in making the watch.
3. Not Sure How to Find Motivation
This is one of the biggest reason. It's not that you can't find the time, is you will find excuses. When you are motivated, it will becomes a habit for you to workout, and less excuses. Simple right??
To help you to stay motivated, here is my simple tips.
You set minor goals and keep measuring it. Take the example as before, you will need to measure your waistline each week to see if you have any improvement. If yes then you need to maintain or improve your workout routine, like increase to higher rep for each exercise.
If there is no change or worse, it increase. Is fine :) Keep working towards your goal and find out what went wrong, most of the time is your diet.
When you have a vivid goal, finding time to working out is not your main concern anymore. As you know that without spending the effort, you won't be achieving your goals.
Motivation comes from within, which is telling yourself that you can achieve what you have set for yourself.
Hope these tips help.
Peace and train hard.
