3 Tummy Killers

Dear readers. What's up. You will be wondering why a skinny dude like me will talk about tummy or burning fat. I do have tummy when I don't control what I eat and didnt exercise. Well, Im human right. Its normal if a skinny dude got tummy. So what I will do when I feel that my tummy is growing.

1. Ditch Coffee and Drink Green tea.

The coffee that we drink nowadays is either comes in convenient pack or from coffee machine. You know how much sugar you are taking in right? When you need something to boost your energy level, go for green tea. Green tea taste great, its very relaxing, and less side effect. Im a coffee lover, but when you look at your tummy then you know its time to do some changes. I like to switch up sometimes. Maybe this week I will go for two cups of coffee per day. Next week I will switch to two cups of green tea per day.

2. No Junk Food for 3 or 4 days.

I believe some people cant live without junk food. But one simpler way of reducing your junk food intake is by taking circle. If you can avoid eating junk food for 3 or 4 days, then you may reward yourself with some junk after the period end (dont be extreme and eat 12 packs of chips). Start over again and reward yourself again. The main purpose here is that you have a plan. Gradually, you will eat lesser and lesser junk food.

 3. HIIT Training for 10 minutes for Every Other Day.

What is HIIT. Full name for HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. Which you will do a very intense exercise within short period of time and repeat it again. You will need to max out while you are doing it. Google it if my explanation isnt so clear. So the plan here is, every other day you will spend 15 minutes do HIIT. Which you will burn some fat. It isnt much, but at least you do something right.

This is some of the minor things that I will do if my tummy start to grow. Simple steps so I just share and hope it may help you. Peace! Love fitness. :)
