Is TGIF! After long week of work, it's time to treat our self with some nice food for all the effort that we have put in. We went to Fahrenheit 600 and I had this two awesome dish, one is Ducking Good and one is Green Peas Guacamole.
Here is the Ducking Good. The roasted duck is very tender, and not too oily. So if you are worrying about tummy, you are fine with it. Its a little spicy for me, but it will be less tasty if the spiciness is not there. The olive oil mixed well with the pasta. Im quite in love with this dish, I would order it again if I have the chance to go back.
This one is Green Peas Guacamole. Its their weekend special dish. The looks of it is quite interesting. There are some avocado on top of the hash brown and they both mix so well. It taste very fresh and all the ingredients seems like balanced out each other. The cucumber and the avocado reduce the heaviness taste of the hash brown and you can hardly taste any oil. Neither of the ingredient will cover the taste of other ingredient, they just blend very well.
Overall experience is splendid! Their stuff is nice and friendly. You can watch the pizza making process if you sit nearby to the counter, Which is pretty awesome.
